All about returns
All shipping within New Zealand and anywhere in the world is totally FREE.
Most orders are received within 2 working days of the order being placed. We will advise you as soon as possible if there is a delay on an item you have ordered.
Please allow an extra 1-2 days for delivery if paying by Internet banking.
Rural deliveries can take an extra 2-3 working days or can be delivered to the nearest Post Shop if more convenient.
Shipping to Australia takes 5-10 workings days. We will be in touch if your delivery address is outside of these zones.

Your track and trace number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. To track your order, have your track and trace number handy and either call CourierPost on 0800 COURIER or visit www.courierpost.co.nz.
